A team of 10 Paris-based professionals, representing 6
nationalities and mastering 11 languages, is responsible for
recruiting, managing and controlling the quality of the
international network. Bound to the terms of their contracts with
Mondial Assistance Group, agents and correspondents are recruited
according to specific criteria, based on a rigorous selection
process conforming to the following quality standards: Round the
clock availability (365 days a year, 24 hours a day) via telephone
(mobile, satellite), VHF, e-mail, fax…. Fluency in English and the
local languages Officially registered company Professional
liability insurance Capacity to intervene quickly throughout their
respective territories Customer-oriented attitude Network of local
suppliers meeting the Group’s demands and requirements Excellent
knowledge of the territory (medical infrastructure, assistance
possibilities…) Rapid payment policy for local suppliers on our
