Our network of providers guarantees foolproof intervention
A team of 10 Paris-based professionals, representing 6 nationalities and mastering 11 languages, is responsible for recruiting, managing and controlling the quality of the international network. Bound to the terms of their contracts with Mondial Assistance Group, agents and correspondents are recruited according to specific criteria, based on a rigorous selection process conforming to the following quality standards: Round the clock availability (365 days a year, 24 hours a day) via telephone (mobile, satellite), VHF, e-mail, fax…. Fluency in English and the local languages Officially registered company Professional liability insurance Capacity to intervene quickly throughout their respective territories Customer-oriented attitude Network of local suppliers meeting the Group’s demands and requirements Excellent knowledge of the territory (medical infrastructure, assistance possibilities…) Rapid payment policy for local suppliers on our behalf Excellent reputation and good relationships with local authorities

A world-wide Group Network supports you and your customer
With the support of his local suppliers, an agent can organize all types of customer services on our behalf, within the scope of the country’s infrastructure. This can range from a simple taxi transfer between a hotel and an airport, to a medical evacuation by air ambulance from a national wildlife park to the nearest city. Often the agent will personally evaluate a situation, comfort our customer and, if necessary, facilitate communication. Our operation centres’ medical staff have 24-hour access to medical agents around the world. These agents provide expertise concerning the medical infrastructure in their respective countries and information regarding facilities, attending physicians and any other practicalities. If necessary, they can also facilitate access to the medical report, thereby enabling our medical staff to make the most appropriate and timely decisions regarding the patient’s well being.
