Mondial Assistance Turkey' operations centre is the heart of
our service offer and operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a
year. To maintain the highest service quality,
achieve complete customer satisfaction, and respond
to constantly evolving markets, we are always looking for new
coordinators to join our Operations Centre. Joining our centre
requires good communication skills, the ability to work as a team
player, and often involves handling stressful situations and making
important decisions quickly. You would rather be between 20
and 40 years of age, minimum high school degreee and university
degree prefered, fluent in English or French (as a second
language), or a third language, have knowledge of word processing
programmes, and have the flexibility to work during the
holidays in different shifts. If this description reflects who you
